Program Goals

At The Adventure Guild and Chattanooga Teams, it’s our goal to exceed our clients’ expectations and provide services that under-promise and over-deliver. To achieve that, it’s important that we understand your group’s goals and anticipated outcomes for your program. To help our clients define, quantify, and communicate those goals and outcomes, we use the following program categories and descriptions to create a common language for discussion and to serve as a conceptual starting point for crafting a program that will meet the client’s goals and expectations.

Team Bonding

In a Team Bonding program, the primary goal is establishing and/or strengthening personal relationships within a team or group. In these types of programs, the emphasis is placed on fun, personal connection, and spending time together in a non-work atmosphere so that team members can get to know each other. Programs in this category are heavy on fun and activity, and very light on traditional team building activities. Mixers, ice-breakers, games, shared experiences, and other activities that foster connection between individuals are just some of the tools in a Team Bonding program. Team Bonding is often the starting point for Team Building and Team Development Programs. Recommended minimum duration for reaching your goals: 4 hrs. to 1 Day
